If a return is required due to a fault please email us and we can arrange this for you, please include all your order details to enable us to locate your information as quickly as possible.

Where required, we can offer an exchange if returned to us in original condition within 14 days of purchase at your cost. We are happy to exchange for goods to the same value or exchange for a gift card to the value of. Restocking charges may apply.
